1. Who we are
This website, www.agelogix.com, and the Agelogix brand are operated by Kyzen Care Wellness LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADA-7866), with its registered office at C-804, Uninav Heights, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad 201017, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Kyzen”, “we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, buy Agelogix products or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Personal data we collect
-
Contact and account details: name, mobile number, email address and password, if you create an account.
-
Order and delivery details: billing and shipping address, items ordered, order value and order history.
-
Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card or UPI reference; we do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
-
Skin profile details you choose to share: your age range, skin type and skin concerns, for example through a skin quiz or when asking for product advice. Sharing these is optional.
-
Photos and messages you send us: for example, photos of your skin or of a delivered product, sent with a query or complaint. Sharing these is optional, and we ask for your express consent before using skin photos or skin-related details.
-
Product experience reports: if you tell us about a reaction or concern after using a product, we record what you report so we can look into it.
-
Reviews and feedback: ratings, reviews and survey answers you submit.
-
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 7).
3. How we use your personal data
-
To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds
-
To create and manage your account
-
To answer your questions and give product guidance, using any skin profile details you share
-
To investigate and respond to product concerns or reactions you report
-
To send order and delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp
-
To send offers, launches and skincare content, only with your consent
-
To understand how our website is used and improve it
-
To prevent fraud and keep our website and transactions secure
-
To meet legal duties, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection and product safety rules
We use your personal data only for the purpose for which you gave it, or for a purpose the law allows without consent, such as meeting a legal obligation.
4. Your consent
Where we rely on consent, we ask for it clearly and separately for each purpose, through an unticked box or a similar positive action. Buying a product does not require you to agree to marketing.
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to SMS or WhatsApp messages, change your preferences in your account, or write to us (section 13). Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it, and we will stop the related processing within a reasonable time.
When we ask for your consent at sign-up, checkout or in a skin quiz, we show a short notice at that point listing the data we collect and why, with a link to this policy. Promotional SMS are sent only through registered sender IDs, in line with telecom (TRAI) rules on commercial communications.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
-
Service providers who work on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of your data: website hosting for our WooCommerce store [CONFIRM hosting provider], payment gateway Razorpay, our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier partners, SMS, email and WhatsApp messaging providers [CONFIRM], customer support tools [CONFIRM], and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta.
-
The manufacturer of Agelogix products, Macobs Technologies Limited, only when needed to investigate a product quality concern or a reaction you have reported, and only the details needed for that.
-
Government and regulatory authorities, when the law requires it, for example the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation for product safety matters, tax authorities or law enforcement with a valid request.
-
A buyer or successor, if our business is merged or sold, under the same protections set out here.
6. Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. We transfer data only to countries the Government of India has not restricted, and we require those providers to protect it to the standard in this policy.
7. Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, such as keeping items in your cart. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site use and show relevant ads. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time through [CONFIRM cookie settings link] or your browser settings.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires:
-
Order, invoice and payment records: for the period required by tax and accounting laws, currently up to 8 years
-
Product reaction reports: as long as needed to investigate and resolve the concern, and any longer period required by product safety laws
-
Account details: until you delete your account, and then as the law requires
-
Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent
-
Website logs and usage data: at least one year, as required by law, then deleted
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls limited to staff who need the data, and security commitments from our service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as the law requires, explaining what happened and what we are doing about it.
